I'm a licensed massage therapist with more than 10 years of experience, and I've built my practice around solid technique, consistency and real results. I take pride in helping clients reduce pain, manage stress and feel better in their bodies through focused work.

I earned my Associate Degree in Massage Therapy from The Swedish Institute in New York City in 2013.

I'm licensed in North Carolina, New York State and Nationally Board Certified by MBLEx.

I provide the same warmth and attention regardless of your age, gender or orientation. I draw from a wide palette and integrate multiple massage modalities: Swedish, Deep Tissue, Reflexology, Connective Tissue Release, Shiatsu, Aromatherapy and Cupping.
